I had so much fun with this costume. The dress was so simple.
All the accessories made the costume. I was Clara Bow, sex symbol (ha ha
on me) of the flapper era. I had lots of long jet black beads and big feather boa.
I borrowed a mink stole for the night for a coat. The headpiece was made by
my mother. Even long false eyelashes and red wig. Hubby went as Errol Flynn. His smoking jacket
started as a jacket of my mothers. I added the black velvet collar, cuffs
and pockets. Black dress pants and tie really made him look like the bees knees.
His mustache is real, He grew one and shaved it pencil thin just for his costume.
