JOSEPH & THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT
I will start by saying I did not design the original costumes for this show. Syracuse Civic Theatre has done this show annually for 9 or so years. Every year things change a little and new stuff gets added.
Above is Joe and his  Dad. I designed and made Joe's costume and completely overhauled Dad's.
Don't they look so innocent? I made the white tops and suggested the pettipants under the skirts.
Potiphar is my favorite number. I designed and made 10 Victorian corsets. All were satin, lace and velvet. They have been through 2 seasons and have held up very well. Next time I make velvet corsets I will charge an extra pain in the --- fee. The giant Vegas fans were the choreographer's idea. They were fun to make. Next year the satin pants will be made from lycra. Costume satin doesn't take the strain of a split.
In this photo I made the dancers tops. I had to put this in here because I think the Pharaoh was such a cutie. The Pharaoh and Joseph below (except his hat) was designed and made by the director a long time ago. They sparkle so nice with the lights on them.
